Description:
 
Club Systems International seek Developers (Microsoft Technology Stack) at our head office in Manchester City centre). You will work as part of a dynamic team in an agile environment. Work will be varied and exciting from the enhancement of existing products right through to greenfield, innovative products and services, helping to shape the industry and maintain Club Systems Internationals market-leading position. 
  
You will have several years of commercial experience producing high quality websites with Microsoft technologies and they will have been actively involved in all parts of the SDLC. An interest in golf would also be beneficial but is not essential.
 
 
Roles:
 
Junior Developer  
Graduate in relevant degree (e.g. computer science, software engineering) or equivalent commercial experience (2+ years). - New to processes and methodologies but holds an understanding of modern approaches. - Demonstrates basic technical understanding and fundamentals. - Shows desire and enthusiasm to learn. Adaptable, open minded and a quick learner.
 
Mid Level Developer 
Competent technical ability in web development, able to work in different tiers of an application but may be stronger in some than others (e.g. stronger in business logic than front end). - Aware of craftsmanship and coding principals, but still needs support to actively use in the workplace and grow. - Uses predefined frameworks, tools &processes already in place. - Aware of performance & optimisation. - Input into the Product/Solution Architecture.
 
Senior Developer 
Solid & proven technical ability in web development. Confidently using a range of technologies in the Microsoft stack.   Commercial experience/exposure to agile development.  Fundamental drive to improve themselves and the team they work in. Be aware of performance & optimisation and ensure products are delivered to a ‘Performance Budget’  You have an understanding of Architectural best practice, and can support other engineers in setting technical direction. Have a strong opinion on common frameworks and architecture and demonstrate the ability to apply component reuse across the company. Educating and encouraging colleagues and team members to adapt and change to the latest user and technology demands. Adaptable to technology, you will be able to quickly adapt and be hungry to learn more whilst being driven & capable of applying high levels of craftsmanship to inspire and skill others around you. so open minded, approachable & versatile a must.   

Skills:
 
We use the latest tools, languages, frameworks and platforms across the technology stack. You should therefore have knowledge in some or all of the following;
Microsoft .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI 2, MSSQL Server, Entity Framework, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery,Knockout.js, CSS, Bootstrap, Microsoft Azure, Redis, TDD, Moq, Dependency Injection, Autofac, Agile, Trello, Visual Studio/Visual Studio Online, TFS. A passion for programming and software development is a must, along with a strong interest in technology. Experience of developing Client/Server, Database & Web based applications.Previous experience of working in a development team environment.
