Club Systems provides a ‘money back’ guarantee against its ClubV1 SLA of 99.7% uptime.
Club Systems (the Host) provides a 99.7% uptime guarantee for its hosted product ClubV1. If we don’t meet our target of at least 99.7%, your club (the Client) can claim a credit equal to the hosting fees for the period of ‘Service Disruption’, over and above that target.
Once claimed, a credit will be raised against your account for future use. Refunds can be requested via bank transfer, subject to the terms below.
As our fees include support services and sometimes other opt in services, we apportion a percentage of your Hosting & Support fee to cover the cost of hosting your data. We allocate 25% of your fee to Hosting.
Credits will only be applied when totalling over 1 GBP, refunds will only be made when the total amount payable is in access of 10 GBP.
‘Service Disruption’ means any material disruption in the Services as a result of any failure of the Hardware, Software or the Host personnel who provide the Services and which does not result from any breach by the Client of the Contract, a force majeure event (see below) or any Suspension Event (as defined below);
The Host shall have no liability nor be deemed to have failed to meet this target if any delays or failures in performance of the Services which result from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Host, for example a force Majeure event.
