Job Role Description:

We are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to join our team as an Administration Assistant.

Job title: Administration Assistant
Annual salary: Dependent upon Experience
Location: Head Office- 2nd Floor, 49 Peter Street, Manchester, M2 3NG
Hours – 37.5 Hours per week

  • Answering Incoming calls and dealing with queries on reception as and when required
  • Processing of booking collections and shipping out of goods
  • Dealing with / raising and confirming purchase orders
  • Chasing returns
  • Sending out hardware terms and conditions
  • Updating information on hardware that is sent out and returned back
  • Processing consumable and card sales orders
  • Ensuring that all spreadsheets and databases are accurately updated and the correct information is recorded.
  • Processing and dealing with all invoices
  • Ensuring all equipment is ordered for installations that are taking place
  • Ensuring stock levels are kept up to date and ordering stock as and when required
  • Ensuring e-mails and tickets within shared inboxes are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Chasing Deposits for Sales Orders
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and distributing to the relevant department
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and database administration as applicable
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy & presentable and setting up meeting rooms as and when required.
  • Ensure all payments are received to the company in a timely manner in relation to sales invoices.
