The ALL-NEW HowDidiDo App - coming soon

At Club Systems, our goal has always been to provide golf clubs with the most advanced digital solutions to manage your operations efficiently, while helping your members stay connected to their golf.

That’s why we’re delighted to share that, as part of our continued evolution, the all-new, completely re-built HowDidiDo platform will soon be available to all members of Club Systems golf clubs in 2026. 

We have held customer webinars and will be continuing to send out detailed product update emails, so please make sure you're checking emails from communications@clubsystems.com.

Please see below a list of FAQs raised by customers since announcing the new platform.

  • With both Club Systems (CSi) and intelligentgolf (IG) customers now having access to HowDidiDo, does this mean the two businesses are merging?
    • No - although both businesses are under the ClearCourse umbrella, they will be staying separate with no intentions of merging.
  • When will the new HowDidiDo platform be launched? 
    • Monday 12th January 2026. All members of golf clubs that use Club Systems software will be able to download the new app and access the new website from this date forward. 
  • Is the new app an update of the current one or will members have to download a new application? 
    • The app is a completely new, separate application, built from the ground-up in order to make significant improvements to the software. Therefore, all members and current users will have to download the new app at the launch date. 
  • What will happen to the old HowDidiDo? 
    • It will be discontinued. We are hoping to turn off the old app and website as soon as we are confident the new one is performing sufficiently. 
  • Is the new HowDidiDo replacing ClubV1 Members Hub too? 
    • Yes, the new HowDidiDo is combining features from both the old HowDidiDo and ClubV1 Members Hub apps, therefore they will both be discontinued eventually. The ClubV1 Members Hub will not be switched off immediately, instead it will run alongside the new app until later notice. 
  • Will members have to re-register on HowDidiDo? 
    • Yes, but we will still be keeping all of the old HowDidiDo data and transferring it across. Once members have downloaded the new app, the registration process is quick and simple - all users have to do is input their existing email address, used by the club, and link to the golf club(s) they are a member of. 
  • Will current HowDidiDo round data be moved across to the new platform? 
    • Yes, we understand that golfers are very precious about their scores (and rightly so!). Every user's round data dating back to 2010 will be migrated across. 
  • Is there a cost to use the new app? 
    • Yes, however we are giving the clubs the choice on who pays the charge. It is at the individual golf club's discretion as to whether you pay £1400 per year (limited time offer) for the new HowDidiDo app (all member subscriptions) or, instead you choose for your members to pay £2.99 per year each for the app. 
  • Why is the new app going to cost when it has been free to use for over 20 years? 
    • The old platform was outdated and tired, hence the complete re-build but naturally this process has been lengthy and costly - plus we're not done yet! The new platform gives us so much more opportunity to build more new features and further improve the number one golf member app.  
  • Will the new HowDidiDo have adverts? 
    • Yes, but only on the 'Standard version' app paid for by members (£2.99 per year) and on the website. Members can choose to remove the ads in the app by upgrading to the ad-free version (£9.99 per year). Alternatively, all users that are members of golf clubs that have chosen to pay for all member subscriptions, will see no adverts on their app.
  • Can I still use the website HowDidiDo.com for free? 
    • Yes. HowDidiDo is completely free to use for all users but will have adverts displayed on it.
  • Has the HowDidiDo app been tested by golfers/clubs ahead of launch? 
    • It is being rolled out ahead of the main launch through a BETA testing period - select clubs have been chosen to test it.

  • Results - Stay up-to-date with the latest competition results. We will bring you the latest news and stats and integrate them into your timeline so you can view all the data in just a few clicks.
  • Statistics - Use statistics to track strengths and weaknesses in your game. With HowDidiDo, you can monitor your performance and compare yourself against other registered players.
  • Friends - Socialise and connect with your friends using HowDidiDo! Use our timeline to interact with other players and be notified of your friends' updates. 
  • My Clubs - We can link your account to multiple clubs and you will be able to track all your stats across the board. Let us do the hard work for you.
  • Responsive Design - Access HowDidiDo anywhere and from any internet-enabled device. Whether you are browsing on a desktop PC, tablet, or a mobile phone, the website will change itself to fit your display.
  • Sponsor Competitions - Exclusive access for HowDidiDo golfers to the free to enter Titleist Order of Merit, Ping Pairs and Staysure Seniors.
